C. Update current user stories
As user stories are developed, it's essential to record and update the acceptance criteria directly within the current user stories. This ensures that the criteria remain relevant and reflect any new insights or changes that occur during development.
working with the customer to develop the acceptance criteria for the stories we have chosen. How will we when a story is “done”? How can we test our work to make sure it meets the customer’s needs? Basically, we are looking for as many objective acceptance criteria as possible, so that we can write acceptance tests for our work. ( PMI-ACP, Mike Griffiths)
C Updating user stories is fine and a normal practice. The other options don't make sense / don't exist in Agile (like the project plan) so i'm pretty confident in C.
