Selected Answer: A
Agile Principles: Educating the team on agile principles, such as valuing working software over comprehensive documentation, helps them understand the importance of minimizing unnecessary documentation. Consensus Building: Obtaining consensus ensures that all team members are on the same page and agree on the changes to be made, fostering a collaborative environment. Driving Adoption: Actively driving the adoption of streamlined documentation practices helps the team to focus on delivering value and improving efficiency. Continuous Improvement: This approach supports the agile principle of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to regularly evaluate and refine their processes. Value Focus: By focusing on documentation that brings value, the team can reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Selected Answer: A
A is correct, but not because of "Working software over comprehensive documentation" (from the earlier comments). Option A is correct because the teams should be self-managing and self-organizing without help from SM or PM (this is the ideal situation).

In the context of the question, while it's true that Agile teams are expected to be self-organizing, it doesn't necessarily mean that individual team members should independently drive major process changes without consulting the rest of the team or stakeholders. Collaboration and open communication are key principles of Agile, and decisions regarding process changes should ideally involve input from the entire team to ensure alignment and consensus. Therefore, option C, which advocates for notifying the project manager and discussing with the team, aligns better with Agile principles.

Agree with A. Everyone who are in an Agile team should understand the manifesto "Working software over comprehensive documentation".

A new team member could be a SM which would make A to be the correct answer.

Confused.Team member should not teach agile principle. so A doesnt seem correct. C is talking about other documentation technique which also doesnt look correct. But identifying documents which bring value looks correct.

A looks like the best answer because it's more universal one.
