B is make sense, since the storming phase the conflict occurs between team members so the role of SM/Coach is to be ready to facilitate guidance to resolve conflicts among them.

Selected Answer: B
The best answer here is B. Provide strong facilitation and conflict-resolution guidance. Here's why: The Storming Stage is Normal: The storming stage is a natural part of team development. It's where conflicts arise as team members assert themselves, define roles, and grapple with different perspectives. Guidance is Crucial: Left unchecked, destructive conflicts can derail a project. The agile coach's role is to guide the team through this stage by providing tools and techniques for healthy conflict resolution. Facilitating Collaboration: The coach can facilitate open communication, encourage active listening, and help the team find common ground. They can also introduce conflict resolution frameworks like the "Five Whys" or "Root Cause Analysis" to help the team understand the underlying issues.

Why the other options are less ideal: A. Teach the team how to work comfortably in chaos: While some level of chaos is inherent in agile, it's not a sustainable approach for high-performance teams. The goal is to manage chaos, not embrace it. C. Allow the team to resolve issues on their own: This can lead to escalation, resentment, and ultimately, team dysfunction. The coach's guidance is essential for navigating conflicts constructively. D. Observe each team member and advise them on team relationships: While individual coaching can be helpful, it doesn't address the root cause of the conflict within the team dynamic.

Selected Answer: B
B = correct, since it is the storming stage. If the team was in Norming or Performing stage, C would be the right answer.
