Selected Answer: A
In this situation, the best approach would be to break down the feature into smaller parts, and commit to completing the minimum viable product (Option A). Here’s why: Incremental Delivery: By breaking down the feature into smaller, manageable parts, the team can deliver incremental value to the customer while working towards the complete feature. Prioritization: This approach allows the team to prioritize the most critical aspects of the feature, ensuring that the most important functionality is delivered first. Flexibility: It provides flexibility to adapt and make adjustments based on feedback and progress, rather than committing to an all-or-nothing approach. This method aligns with agile principles of iterative development and continuous delivery of value.

Cannot be B, as it is stated to be vital.

A - Without story slicing, it would remain big in every release/iteration. Vitally important feature can't be moved to next release.

Don’t really think B make sense. If you do not do anything like breakdown the large story into a smaller one, it makes no sense to complete in next iteration.

Don't think B is the answer as the feature will still be too large for one iteration. So A seems to be the only option.
