Why is the answer 15, not 12.5? I thought the triangulation technique is to add all three together, then divide by three.

If you add all three together and divide by three, the answer is 15. (10 + 15 + 20 = 45, 45/3 = 15).

Page 201 of 6th Edition of PMBOK Depending on the assumed distribution of values within the range of the three estimates, the expected duration, tE, can be calculated. One commonly used formula is triangular distribution: tE = (tO + tM + tP) / 3. So the answer is B. 15 Days
