I think D is the correct answer. How would shortening the iteration help?

Of course shortening iteration helps, the shorter the iteration the faster the problem can be identify. As simple as that.

Selected Answer: D
The best answer here is D. Schedule more demos during each sprint . Here's why: D. Schedule more demos during each sprint: Demos are a key way to get feedback from stakeholders. By showing them working software frequently, you can: Get Early Feedback: Identify issues or areas for improvement early in the development cycle. Clarify Requirements: Ensure the team is building the right thing, based on the stakeholder's vision. Increase Engagement: Keep the stakeholder involved and invested in the project.

Let's look at why the other options are less effective: A. Keep sprints short: Short sprints are good for agility, but they don't directly address the issue of a minimally responsive stakeholder. Even with short sprints, the stakeholder might still be slow to provide feedback. B. Invite the stakeholder to the daily stand ups: Daily stand-ups are for the team to sync up on progress. Inviting a minimally responsive stakeholder might not be productive, as they may not be able to contribute meaningfully to the daily discussion. C. Ask the stakeholder for estimates for each user story: While estimates are important, asking a minimally responsive stakeholder for them is unlikely to be successful. They may not have the necessary knowledge or be willing to provide accurate estimates.

In summary: Scheduling more demos during each sprint is the most effective way to get feedback from a minimally responsive stakeholder. It allows for frequent opportunities to show progress and gather valuable input. Additional Tips: Tailor the demos: Focus on the aspects of the work that are most relevant to the stakeholder's needs. Use clear communication: Explain the purpose of the demo and what feedback you're looking for. Be patient: It may take time to get the stakeholder engaged and providing regular feedback.

Selected Answer: A
A = correct. In Scrum, there is one Sprint review (demo) meeting within the Sprint. Thus, more demos, or better said frequent demos mean more Sprint reviews in a shorter time - which points to option A. D = wrong. There is one sprint review (intended for demo) per Sprint.
