it should be B. My feeling is that questions after number 600 mostly have incorrect answers...

B - Correct From PMI’s Agile Practice Guide, Page 46: “Some techniques to consider for managing communication in dispersed teams are fishbowl windows and remote pairing: Create a fishbowl window by setting up long-lived video conferencing links between the various locations in which the team is dispersed. People start the link at the beginning of a workday, and close it at the end. In this way, people can see and engage spontaneously with each other, reducing the collaboration lag otherwise inherent in the geographical separation.”

Selected Answer: B
B. Establish a live video feed between the dispersed teams to enable spontaneous engagement and collaboration on issues This approach helps bridge the communication gap by providing a more immediate and interactive form of communication compared to email and phone calls. It allows team members to engage in real-time discussions, reducing the chances of misinterpretation and improving the overall collaboration and velocity of the team.

B = correct. Actually, C is the best option but w/o last part of the sentence "as this is the only method to ensure agility".

I was thinking b too but A is the right choice. What would you do if the technology is not available in the local country. Also, meeting with the team does not means, physical meetings. Also, colocating is not easy because of visa/additional cost etc
