Ask the sponsor to close the project and pay the contracted penalty.
B.
Meet with the sponsor to ask for their support.
C.
Check with the team to learn what can be done, and consult an expert.
D.
Check that this information was documented correctly.
why would I assume that the stakeholder information about this information being documented in a lesson learned is CORRECT, I'd rather check first :) I go with D
C. Check with the team to learn what can be done, and consult an expert.
