Ans: A Question is What should the program manager do to ensure that the remaining 10 component projects stay on track? Re-baselining should happen first for all the remaining projects. Accordingly Program Management plan can be updated. While both A and C are correct, the logical first thing is A. So answer is A.

Selected Answer: C
To ensure that the remaining 10 component projects stay on track, the program manager should choose option C: Update the program management plan. Updating the program management plan is a comprehensive approach that allows the program manager to incorporate lessons learned from the first half of the projects. This plan can address the identified key risks and resource challenges. By revising the program management plan, strategies for risk mitigation and resource allocation can be better integrated, directly targeting the causes of the delays and issues experienced in the first half of the projects. The other options, while potentially useful, are more narrowly focused and may not address the root causes of the problems as effectively as updating the program management plan would.
