Selected Answer: D
D. Submit a formal change request since the change is affecting the project baseline. Explanation: Even if the change does not require much effort, it is essential to follow the formal change control process to ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved, preventing potential issues and maintaining project integrity.

Selected Answer: D
Even if the scope change seems minor and may not require much effort from the project team, it's important to follow the established change control process. This process ensures that changes are properly evaluated, documented, and approved, preventing uncontrolled changes that can impact project baselines, schedules, and overall project success. Option D is the correct choice as it aligns with best practices in change management. By submitting a formal change request, the project manager can ensure that the change is properly assessed, documented, and approved through the change control process.

Ans A The question is clear that the change does not impact the project baseline or schedule. Only if the change goes through Change control process, then it will change the schedule. So what is the point in complicating by going thru D? I would rather select A, just get an approval to implement the change without going through change control process.
