Selected Answer: B
The choice between these options depends on the project lead's assessment of the specific situation. If the causes of team sickness and absences are primarily related to factors beyond the project scope (such as external health factors or personal circumstances), Option B may be more appropriate. If there is evidence that scope complexities are a significant contributor to the challenges, Option C could be considered. Ideally, a combination of both options may provide a comprehensive solution: identifying causes (Option B) and, if applicable, adjusting scope (Option C) based on the findings.

Selected Answer: B
Option B suggests a proactive approach, where the project lead should analyze the difficulties, such as team sickness and absences, to understand their origins. By identifying the causes, the project lead can then work on developing suitable solutions to mitigate the challenges and get the project back on track. Options A and C propose addressing the issue by asking for additional budget or reviewing the project scope. While these actions might be necessary in certain situations, they don't directly address the underlying causes of the delays.

This is funny! The issues are already listed clearly in the question – sickness, isolated location, difficult working conditions. I don’t understand how B is the right answer – Identifying issues and finding solution. In fact A or C or D seem to be more practical considering the situation of the question.

Additionally, reviewing the project scope (option C) may help in finding ways to simplify the project or adjust timelines to accommodate the challenges. This approach allows for a more comprehensive and effective strategy in addressing the specific issues mentioned in the question.
