Selected Answer: A

Selected Answer: B
In a situation where there is a transition from predictive stages to iterative/agile stages and the team encounters challenges such as low commitment, conflicts, and confusion, team-building activities and efforts to enhance collaboration can be beneficial. Agile methodologies often emphasize the importance of a collaborative and empowered team. Team-building activities can help foster a positive team culture, improve communication, and address any issues that may be impacting morale. Coaching on agile processes may also be useful, but addressing team dynamics and collaboration is a key aspect of improving the team's performance in an agile environment.

Ans: A While B also is correct, but if you look at the context of the question, it is evident that there is a significant difference in the output and morale when they shifted from Predictive to Agile ways. So team needs better coaching on agile ways to adjust to the new routine. So my choice is A.

I choose A because if the team are showing signs of low commitment, conflicts, and confusion, resulting in low morale during Iteration, then they will need coaching and understanding of the Agile way of work to avoid confusion and low morale
