To ensure proper support for the product in an agile project approaching its first release date, the project manager should ensure the operations team has representation in the planning and review meetings and that there are support requirements in the backlog (Option C). This approach integrates the operations team into the agile process, allowing for ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing. It ensures that the support team is familiar with the product and its requirements, facilitating a smoother transition to the support phase.

Incorporating the operations team into the planning and review meetings ensures that their perspectives and requirements are considered throughout the development process. Additionally, having support-related requirements in the backlog helps prioritize and address those needs during development. This approach aligns with the principles of collaboration and transparency in agile methodologies, ensuring that the operations team is actively involved and well-informed about the product, facilitating a smoother transition to support and maintenance activities.

Selected Answer: C
Early and ongoing collaboration: ongoing communication and collaboration between the development team and the operations team throughout the project lifecycle. By having the operations team present in planning and review meetings, they can: Understand the product's functionality and potential support challenges early on. Provide valuable feedback on design decisions and technical choices that might impact supportability. Contribute to backlog refinement by prioritizing support requirements alongside feature development. Agile alignment: Embedding support considerations throughout the project allows for continuous feedback and adaptation, reducing the likelihood of major post-release support issues. Cost-effective and efficient: leverages existing resources and integrates support activities into the existing project framework, making it more cost-effective and efficient.

Selected Answer: C
In an agile project, it's important to involve the operations team early in the process to ensure a smooth transition and support for the product. Including the operations team in planning and review meetings helps build shared understanding, and having support requirements in the backlog ensures that the necessary considerations for ongoing support are addressed during the development process. This approach fosters collaboration and helps avoid misunderstandings or gaps in knowledge transfer between the development and operations teams.

Selected Answer: C
This approach ensures that the operations team is involved in the project from the beginning and is aware of all the requirements and changes. B. Proposing a one-off workshop: A workshop can be valuable, but continuous collaboration and integration into the agile process are more effective. D. Prioritizing a support manual: While a manual is valuable, it's reactive. Including support tasks in the backlog ensures proactive planning and integration with the development process.

Selected Answer: B
B and D are both correct. However, meeting face to face will be the best way to deal with the problems and have knowledge transfer. So "B" should be the correct answer.

Selected Answer: D
Option D becomes a more relevant choice. Creating and prioritizing a support manual on the product backlog ensures that essential knowledge about the product, its operation, and necessary support details are documented and available for the operations team. This manual can facilitate a smoother transition and aid in providing the necessary support for the product after release.

Selected Answer: D
The support team doesnt need to know the history of the requirements of the software. All they need to know is how to work it, hence D is most accurate.
