Selected Answer: C
Solving the challenge is narrow in scope. A week is too short. I think it would be better in the long run to hold mentoring sessions with team members, learn their work, and improve productivity.

Selected Answer: C
C seems to best support PMI's principles of group cohesion and maximal benefit through group cooperation, although all answers are reasonable. Also, ChatGPT 3.5 agrees. Answer: C

Selected Answer: B
B. Meet with the SME to discuss the current challenges the team is facing. Here's why: Focused problem-solving: By focusing on the specific challenges the team faces regarding scope delivery, the project manager can ensure the discussion directly addresses their needs. This targeted approach ensures the SME's expertise provides immediate and relevant solutions. A: Reviewing the scope statement is important, but might not address the specific challenges. C: A mentoring session could be beneficial, but a shorter, focused discussion might be more impactful given the limited time. D: Aligning with the charter is important, but the discussion about current challenges ensures practical guidance beyond formal documentation.

Selected Answer: B
In this scenario, the most immediate and practical approach would be to meet with the SME to discuss the current challenges the team is facing. This allows for a direct exchange of information, clarification of doubts, and sharing of expertise. It provides an opportunity for the project manager and the team to gain insights, guidance, and potentially solutions to address the challenges related to delivering the project's scope. This real-time interaction is likely to be more effective than some of the other options, given the limited time the SME is available.

C. Most of the answers are good but i think C is the best option because of the short timeline of one week. Many issues can be resolved in the mentoring session.
