Selected Answer: B
My initial thought was D, but I can see why it's B. You'd probably review risks with the team during each iteration, but not with the stakeholders. It is during the retrospectives that you would review with the team *and* the stakeholders.

For people saying D, as far as I know the iteration review involves customer so its a no-no. Option B is correct because Risk retrospectives also involve assessing the efficiency of risk response strategies and the effort spent on the risk process. Such evaluations provide rich insights to improve future risk management, creating a more resilient organization.

Selected Answer: D
In a hybrid approach, where elements of both predictive (traditional) and adaptive (agile) project management methodologies are used, it's crucial to maintain alignment between the project team and stakeholders regarding risks and mitigation strategies. In an agile context, iterations and reviews provide opportunities to reassess and adapt the project plan, including the risk management approach. Regularly reviewing risks during each iteration and review allows for ongoing communication and collaboration between the project team and stakeholders. This iterative approach ensures that any changes in project conditions, priorities, or stakeholder perspectives are promptly addressed, and the risk management strategies remain aligned with the project's objectives. It also aligns with the agile principle of responding to change over following a plan.

Selected Answer: D
As part of each sprint or iteration, the risk management processes are conducted to ensure that risk is given enough attention. Although the risk management plan is created at the start of the project, through each iteration the process is continually reviewed and updated as the project progresses.

Retrospectives are focused on what have been done and ways of improvement to take the improvements to the next iteration while iteration and reviews is not focused on teams improvements but demos on how to get stakeholders feedback on a working feature.
