The two factors that a project manager should consider in developing the portion of the project plan related to culture are: C. The amount of risk the organization is willing to accept. The risk tolerance of the organization is a critical cultural factor. Some organizations are risk-averse and prefer a conservative approach, while others may be more open to taking risks. Understanding this aspect helps in tailoring risk management strategies accordingly. E. The influence of the stakeholders on the project. Stakeholders play a significant role in shaping the project's culture. Their expectations, preferences, and influence can impact decision-making, communication, and overall project dynamics. Recognizing and managing stakeholder influence is essential for project success, especially in a culture not typically supportive of change.

C. The amount of risk the organization is willing to accept: Understanding the organization's risk tolerance is crucial when developing a project plan, especially in a traditional organization resistant to change. Some organizations are more risk-averse, and the project manager needs to factor this into the plan. It will influence decision-making, contingency planning, and risk management strategies. E. The influence of the stakeholders on the project: The culture of an organization is often shaped by the attitudes and expectations of its stakeholders. Identifying and understanding the influence of key stakeholders on the project is essential. It helps in tailoring communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns that may arise due to the cultural resistance to change. Stakeholder engagement and communication plans should be developed considering the cultural context of the organization.

Selected Answer: AE
I think E is clear, but the second option could be many. personally, I would go for A as a organization who keen on change usually has many employees who are there for a very long time and have a very deep understanding of the company. This is something we need to leverage.

C. The amount of risk the organization is willing to accept: Understanding the organization's tolerance for risk is crucial when dealing with cultural resistance to change. Traditional organizations often have lower risk tolerance and may be averse to significant changes. Considering this factor in the project plan helps the project manager tailor strategies to introduce change gradually or mitigate risks associated with the cultural resistance. E. The influence of the stakeholders on the project: In a traditional organization resistant to change, stakeholders' influence plays a significant role. Identifying key stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, and assessing their influence within the organization is crucial. Aligning the project plan with stakeholders' interests and involving them in change management efforts can help gain their support and mitigate resistance to the new project.
