Selected Answer: B
In this scenario, where a project manager is responsible for leading the development and rollout of updated project management procedures and templates that include both predictive and agile approaches, the most effective action to take after the documents are completed would be: B. Develop a training plan for all of the stakeholders to learn about the updates. Developing a training plan is essential because it ensures that all stakeholders are aware of the new procedures and understand how to use them effectively. This step is particularly important when introducing methodologies that might be new to some team members, such as agile practices in a traditionally predictive environment. Training ensures that the updated procedures are understood and implemented correctly, leading to better adoption and more effective project management across the organization.

Selected Answer: B
Creating a comprehensive training plan is crucial to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the updated procedures and templates. This plan should encompass educating and familiarizing all stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and relevant staff, about the changes, their significance, and how to effectively use the new procedures and templates.

This is tricky questions as option A also looks good. But since roll out is mentioned it can't be just upload of new version of documents. There is effort need to have plan to provide training material to help users know what changes has been done and more details on usage of these changes.
