Even if you don't know EV KPI analysis, eliminating options helps to finalize this option. A option does not show any implementation action from PMO. B Kanban will not be solution as we know it. D is not right as we do not have to do RCA to fix problems in the project execution but only transparency in status report is needed. So, obvious option is C
