Option C is wrong - Adjusting the project management plan without a formal evaluation and approval process for each change request can lead to scope creep and project failure. Any scope changes should go through a formal change control process.

Its for sure BCE. A. Updating the relevant project documents is also important but may not directly resolve the issue. D. Deferring the changes to a future phase should be considered based on the nature and impact of the changes, but it may not be a primary action to resolve the issue.

Selected Answer: ABE
Here's why the other options are not optimal choices: C. Adjust the project management plan to include the changes in scope: While incorporating some changes might be necessary after discussion, constantly rewriting the plan due to weekly requests is unsustainable and inefficient. D. Continue the execution as planned and defer the changes to a future phase: Deferring changes entirely might not be feasible if they significantly impact core functionalities or deliverables.

B. Highlight the impacts of the changes during the next project meeting. This effectively raises awareness among all stakeholders about the consequences of these ongoing changes, including potential impact on budget, timeline, and overall project goals. C. Adjust the project management plan to include the changes in scope. This demonstrates flexibility and adaptation while ensuring proper documentation and tracking of the revised scope. Updating the plan ensures everyone involved is aligned with the new direction. E. Schedule a meeting with the customer to align the approach. This proactive communication fosters collaboration and clarifies expectations. Discuss the feasibility of the requested changes, potential trade-offs, and alternative solutions that might better meet the customer's needs while minimizing disruptions to the project plan.

Selected Answer: BCE
B. Highlighting the impacts of the changes during the next project meeting allows the project manager to communicate the consequences and implications of frequent scope changes to the project team and stakeholders. It ensures that everyone is aware of the effects on the project. C. Adjusting the project management plan to include the changes in scope is necessary to document and formalize the approved changes. This helps in maintaining clarity, transparency, and alignment with the revised project scope. E. Scheduling a meeting with the customer to align the approach is crucial for discussing the challenges arising from frequent scope changes. It provides an opportunity to understand the customer's perspective, negotiate changes, and ensure that both parties are on the same page regarding project expectations.

Selected Answer: ABE
A. Update the relevant project documents with this obstacle. This will ensure that the issue is officially recorded and can be referred to in future discussions or decision-making processes.Highlight the impacts of the changes during the next project meeting (Option B): Openly discussing the impact of ongoing scope changes in the next project meeting serves several purposes.(Option E.) Schedule a meeting with the customer to align the approach. This will provide an opportunity to discuss the issue directly with the customer, understand their needs and expectations, and agree on a way forward that is acceptable to all parties. C might be unnecessary and disruptive if changes are frequent and minor. Also constantly adjusting the project management plan to accommodate scope changes can lead to project instability and inefficiency.

The project management plan has no information on the scope, hence no need to update that when change requests are raised.
