Selected Answer: C
According to PMI-PMP, when a software delivery project encounters technical impediments that may cause a delay in deliverables, the senior project manager should take the following action: C. Update the issue log with the status and priority. Updating the issue log with the status and priority will help the senior project manager keep track of the issue and its progress. It will also help the team to prioritize the issue and allocate resources accordingly. Sending a gentle reminder or issuing a formal warning may not be effective in resolving the issue, and using interpersonal skills to expedite the issue may not be appropriate in this situation.

Selected Answer: B
At this point I just think people are treating this like a personality test quiz. Votes are all over the place. B. Use interpersonal skills to expedite the issue. After a week of repairing, team is demotivated obviously. Using interpersonal skills can help build rapport, facilitate better communication, and expedite the resolution of the technical impediments by motivating and aligning the technical service team towards a common goal.

I would setup a meeting with the team, and if they don't can solve the impediment I would add a SME to support. Where is this option?

Selected Answer: B
Using interpersonal skills to expedite the issue (Option B) involves direct communication, collaboration, and understanding with the technical service team to assess the problem's urgency, identify any roadblocks, and work together to expedite the resolution. In complex technical situations, effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving are key. The senior project manager should engage with the technical service team, understand the challenges they are facing, and work collaboratively to find a resolution that minimizes the impact on project timelines.
