Selected Answer: B
Aggressive timelines often lead to overestimation of what can be achieved in a sprint. Re-evaluating the MVP and removing high-risk stories allows the team to focus on delivering the most essential features first, ensuring a successful launch and setting a solid foundation for future iterations. Option A is a good practice for improving efficiency, but it's not the most immediate solution for addressing the sprint velocity issue. Value stream analysis is a longer-term process for identifying and eliminating waste. Option C is not a good idea. Adjusting story points to match the actual velocity is a form of "gaming the system" and can lead to inaccurate estimates in the future. Option D is risky. Including high-risk stories in earlier sprints can increase the likelihood of delays and setbacks, further jeopardizing the project timeline.

Selected Answer: A
Value stream analysis is a Lean technique that helps identify and eliminate waste in the processes. By mapping out all the steps in the workflow, the team can pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-adding activities.

Selected Answer: D
The question states: What the TEAM to do? A = wrong. Agile Team doesn't perform value stream analysis, Agile Coach does. B = wrong. Agile Team can't modify MVP, Product Owner can (in cooperation with the Customer) C = wrong. doesn't help at all. D = seems to be OK. This is the only action the Agile Team can take. I'm not sure what "incremental velocity" means :-(

Selected Answer: B
Therefore, reevaluating and streamlining the MVP deliverables prioritizes delivering core value within the aggressive timeframe, reduces risk, and maintains flexibility for future iterations. This makes it the most suitable choice for the team's immediate situation

A or B A = This might be correct. It wouldn't be correct if we take into consideration that timelines are aggressive and performing analysis could cost extra time B = This might be correct. Since we're re-evaluating the MVP, not the all processes (as option A), this operation could last shorter, than option A. C = Nothing essential would improve D = This wouldn't improve sprint velocity
