Selected Answer: B
The best answer here is B. Align with stakeholder expectations and releasable product increments. Here's why: Focus on the Core: A successful demonstration centers around showing the leadership team what they want to see: working software and its value. Aligning with their expectations and showcasing releasable increments (meaning functional, usable pieces of the product) directly addresses this.

Let's look at why the other options are less ideal: A. Provide an understanding of business value and customer feedback: While important, this is more about the context of the demonstration. The primary focus should be on the actual product and its capabilities. C. Show self-management and tailoring processes for continuous improvement: This is valuable for internal team development, but not the primary focus of a leadership demonstration. D. Provide collaboration and knowledge sharing of product increments: This is more relevant to internal team communication and knowledge management, not the core of a leadership demo.

I'm still wondering A or B. The situation shall be program or scrum of scrum style and the demonstration will be made for leader team (Program leader or leading team, not for the PO). in this situation, I wondered A or B.
