Validating the list of challenges (option A) and documenting the findings (option B) are important steps, but they should be done as part of the risk management process, which is facilitated by the risk register.

I would have chosen A since validation is required and you prioritize the items. C is for me the next step. If they are documennted after validation, I can monitor them.

The project manager should **invite the team member to participate in the risk register and review the evaluation frequently**. This approach (Option C) ensures that the team member's concerns are addressed and incorporated into the project's risk management strategy. It also promotes a culture of open communication and continuous improvement, which can help to maximize the benefits to the stakeholders. The risk register is a crucial tool in project management that helps in identifying, analyzing, and managing potential risks in a project. Regular reviews of the risk register can help in keeping the project on track and ensuring that all potential issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Ans A Please understand difference between changes and Challenges. It is proper for a Project Manager to validate the challenges and act on them. If they are changes, then yes, agreed they have to go through change process. So best answer is A.

From PMI: "...you need to get the naysayers and saboteurs involved in the risk assessment process right from the beginning. By participating, they contribute all of their negativity where it can be most productive—in identifying the risks that the project will face and then identifying ways to counteract those risks. They are forced to come up with solutions for the problems that they are sure plague your project."

Selected Answer: C
Option A suggests directly validating the list of challenges and acting on them based on the given priority. While this approach may address the immediate concerns, it doesn't capitalize on the continuous nature of risk management, especially in a project dealing with new technology where new challenges might emerge as the project progresses. Option C, on the other hand, integrates the team member's insights into the ongoing risk management process. By inviting the team member to participate in the risk register and reviewing the evaluation frequently, the project manager ensures that the concerns are continuously monitored, evaluated, and addressed. This also promotes collaboration and a proactive approach to risk management, maximizing benefits for the stakeholders over the project's duration. (keyword continious attention)
