Selected Answer: D
The project manager should D. Submit a change request to analyze a new set of quality tests. A change request is the appropriate first step when a gap is identified in the project plan. In this case, the gap is in the quality management plan, which does not currently include a way to assess how the final user will perceive the benefits of the new product. By submitting a change request, the project manager initiates the process to update the quality management plan and include the necessary user tests.

Selected Answer: D
The project manager should first submit a change request to analyze a new set of quality tests (option D). If the quality management plan does not currently include how the final user will perceive the benefits of the new product compared with the actual product, it indicates a gap in the plan. Submitting a change request allows the project manager to formally address this gap by proposing the inclusion of new quality tests that focus on the final user's perception of benefits. This ensures that the quality management plan is comprehensive and aligned with the project's objectives.

I thought it was A but according to PMBOK6 quality management, even though it is the responsibility of all, usually falls on specific team members. In this case I guess it is the quality manager.

Selected Answer: B
Option D (submitting a change request to analyze new quality tests) may be necessary if substantial changes are required in the quality management plan, but first, the project manager should collaborate with the relevant stakeholders, particularly the quality manager, to initiate this process. Therefore answer is B

I don't think it is D. No one said the tests weren't done, they just aren't in the plan. Add them to the plan.

D. Submit a change request to analyze a new set of quality tests. If it was not in the plan, a change request is needed.
