Selected Answer: A
Transparency: Agile principles emphasize transparency and open communication. Keeping stakeholders informed about the project's status, including any issues or complexities, is crucial for maintaining trust and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Stakeholder Engagement: Even if a senior stakeholder does not want to be engaged daily, it is still important to keep them informed about significant issues that could impact the project's outcome. This helps in managing expectations and allows for timely interventions if needed. Risk Management: By being transparent, the team can also ensure that any potential risks are communicated early, allowing for better risk management and mitigation strategies. Team Confidence: While the team’s confidence in resolving the issues is important, it should not override the need for transparency. Stakeholders should be aware of the current status to make informed decisions.

B. While documenting risks and communicating them to the project sponsor is a good practice, it does not replace the need for transparency with all stakeholders. This option limits the communication to the project sponsor only, which may not be sufficient for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring collective awareness. C. This option undermines the principle of transparency. Even if the team is confident, stakeholders should be informed about the current status and potential risks. This helps in maintaining trust and allows stakeholders to provide support or make informed decisions if needed. D. While the product owner plays a key role in stakeholder communication, the decision to inform stakeholders about significant issues should not be left to one individual. Transparency and open communication are collective responsibilities in agile practices, and all stakeholders should be kept informed to ensure alignment and effective risk management.

in my opinion, C is better. Because team believed encountered complexities can be resolved at demo, this means no issue at the moment.

change my mind to Option-A. Read the context again... Originally, senior management didn't follow agile rule. For informing this is an issue to him, need to take Option-A approach. think on this step, reached Option-A.

Selected Answer: C
C = correct. The team is self-organized and empowered to make decisions for their work. If they are fine with the deadline, why escalate it? The review meeting is an excellent opportunity for demonstrating transparency with the shareholders - option A, but that comes after option C.
