Selected Answer: C
Progress radiators, such as burn-down charts, kanban boards, or other visual tools, offer a clear, real-time view of the project's current status and remaining tasks. These tools are designed to provide transparency and help stakeholders understand the progress without needing to attend multiple meetings. This approach allows the new stakeholder to get a quick overview of the project's progress efficiently. A. While this provides some information, it may not give a complete picture of the current status and remaining tasks. It focuses more on deliverables rather than ongoing progress. B. This is a good practice for stakeholder engagement, but it may not provide immediate information about the project's current status and remaining tasks. D. While this can help the stakeholder understand future planning, it does not address the immediate need to understand the current project status and remaining tasks.

I prefer C because the question state that "the new stakeholder tries to understand the status of the project and the remaining tasks for completion." The all-remaining tasks can't be shown and project status (done items). Additionally, even though PO try to sort remaining backlog for showing future work to customer at late stage of demonstration, it is also not complete "done items = status".
