Selected Answer: A
Open Communication: It is essential for team members to communicate openly with their agile lead about any concerns they have regarding project timelines or other issues. This helps in maintaining transparency and trust within the team. Feasibility Assessment: The agile lead can assess the feasibility of the new timeline and discuss potential adjustments or additional resources that might be needed to meet the new deadline. Risk Management: By voicing concerns, the junior team member helps in identifying potential risks early, which can be managed more effectively. Support and Guidance: The agile lead can provide support and guidance to the junior team member, helping them understand the rationale behind the new timeline and how the team plans to achieve it.

B. Follow the agile lead's instructions: While following instructions is important, blindly doing so without addressing concerns can lead to burnout, decreased morale, and potential project failure if the timeline is indeed unrealistic. C. Increase the time worked to meet objectives: Simply increasing work hours is not a sustainable solution and can lead to burnout and decreased productivity. It does not address the root cause of the concern. D. Speak to all team members about the concerns: While discussing with team members can be helpful, it is more effective to first address the concern with the agile lead who has the authority to make decisions and adjustments. Speaking to all team members without a clear plan can lead to confusion and unnecessary stress.

Selected Answer: D
option D aligns with the principle of self-organization in agile teams, where team members should communicate openly with each other about any concerns or challenges they face. By discussing concerns with the entire team first, the junior team member can ensure that everyone is aware of the issue, gather different perspectives, and collectively decide on the best course of action. This approach fosters a sense of shared responsibility and collaboration.

D. is the best option. Speaking to the whole Team is more comprehensive than just the Agile Lead. Furthermore, it fosters self-organizing and ownership.

A = correct There is one member with an objection to the update timeline. There's no team consensus regarding this question. Thus, that member has to speak with the Agile lead - he has to facilitate the updated timeline understanding to the member. B, C = not an agile approach D = explained above
