I go for D. Due to prevent keyword. Review DoD is must when implement tasks then A is incorrect. Of course no role in agile then B is incorrect.
I think that if the team want to conduct more demonstrations they should think about iteration length
Frequent Demonstrations: Conducting regular demonstrations with the product owner throughout the iteration ensures continuous feedback. This practice helps in aligning the team's work with the product owner's expectations and allows for timely adjustments.
Early Detection of Misalignment: Regular check-ins and demonstrations help in identifying any misalignment between the team's work and the product owner's expectations early in the process, reducing the risk of surprises at the iteration review.
Improved Communication: Frequent interactions with the product owner foster better communication and understanding, ensuring that the team is always aware of the product owner's requirements and any changes in expectations.
I go for D.
Big question mark on the situation is, does team say work complete without checking DoD ?
Rather telling yes above thing, more suitable situation in this case is following Option-D.
PO didn't explained/wrote enough level of things, as a result, it caused an unhappy situation (no match expectation arose at demo) in my opinion.
the product owner is part of creating the definition of done, so reviewing it before the demo ensures that the team meets the product owner expectations
A. Reviewing the definition of done prior to the iteration review could have been a crucial step to ensure alignment between the delivered work and the product owner's expectations.
D = correct
There's one review meeting (demonstration) in Scrum per iteration (sprint). The best way to ensure that developers delivered the increment as expected is to feed them with all of the necessary information during the planning meeting.
