Selected Answer: B
This option involves revisiting the stakeholder identification process and reviewing the project objectives with the new key stakeholder. This will help ensure that all stakeholders' expectations and needs are properly understood and aligned with the project deliverables. By conducting this session, the project manager can address any misunderstandings and discrepancies, and work towards a common understanding of the project's scope and objectives.

The project manager should choose option B: Conduct stakeholder identification and a project objectives review session. By conducting stakeholder identification, the project manager can gather information about the new key stakeholder's role, responsibilities, and expectations. This will help in understanding their perspective and concerns regarding the project deliverables.

Per chatgpt: "By conducting stakeholder identification, the project manager can ensure that all relevant stakeholders are identified and their expectations are understood. This includes the newly joined key stakeholder who expressed dissatisfaction with the deliverables. The project manager should engage in a dialogue with the stakeholder to gain a clear understanding of their expectations and concerns. Simultaneously, the project manager should review the project objectives to ensure they align with the stakeholder's expectations. This review session will allow the project manager to identify any gaps or misalignments between the deliverables and the anticipated capabilities."
