Selected Answer: A
During the iteration review, the project manager can demonstrate the feature integration by showcasing the developed product increment and how the new feature integrates with the existing product. D doesn't directly address the need to demonstrate how the feature integrates with the existing product, which is the primary concern of the stakeholders.

Show the stakeholders something that is tangible, something that is working. Instead of showing them documentations. LOL, the keystakeholders did not understand the backlog grooming discussion. LET'S DIVE DEEPER SHALL WE? HAHA

A: Include the business stakeholders in the iteration review. This is also known as a Sprint Review in SCRUM, a meeting the stakeholders can attend to inspect the product/project increments that have been developed.

Selected Answer: A
An iteration review is where the team demos a working, tested increment. No slides are needed. Instead, the focus is on the solution instead of a presentation. The team and stakeholders review the accomplishments in the iteration—based on this information, attendees collaborate on what to do next.

100% correct. In the iteration review the team demonstrates the functionality, features, or outcomes achieved, showcasing the tangible results of their work. The key stakeholders, such as the project sponsor, product owner, customers, and other relevant parties, participate in the review.

An iteration review is after the sprint. If there is no understanding on the tasks at hand regarding features, shouldn't the backlog we discussed in detail?

it is a poor practice to review backlog with a business stakeholder, they can become an impediment to a sprint, A seems to be the best option, they can demonstrate the product before deployment, show the business value to the stakeholder, and gather feedback before the release.
