Selected Answer: A
The main point in this question is about the conflict, customer says the deliverables are not of quality and the project manager is certain they meet quality standards. Most likely reason is the customer is not aware of or overlooked the acceptable tolerance or variability. For example, if the material has to be 1 mm thickness, and it is 0.95 mm the customer may say it doesnt meet quality whereas project manager knows that 5% variability range should be accepted as per agreement. In this case it is about showing the customer the tolerance and control limits

Selected Answer: C
Isn't it C? By presenting a sample history of quality, the project manager can demonstrate the consistency and reliability of the project's manufacturing processes. This approach provides tangible evidence of the project's commitment to quality and can help alleviate the customer's concerns. Showing the customer the tolerance and control limits, sample results from the current batch, or the quality control measurements may not address the customer's perception of poor quality and may not provide a broader context or historical perspective.

This is a case of dispute; the customer already got the product but contesting that several components are below the agreed quality standard. The response is to show the customer the quality control measurements. D.
