SPI <1 which means it is behind the schedule. CPI > 1 which means UNDER the budget. We can have new resource with extra budget to ensure we deliver the project on time

We have a CPI value greater than 1, which means we are spending less cash than originally estimated. This presents us with an opportunity to allocate the excess cash towards bringing the project on schedule, especially since our SPI currently stands at 0.75.

The most effective way for the project manager to communicate the status, keeping in mind the need to emphasize control over the project, would be D. Report that the project is not tracking as expected, but is still under control since the next project milestone is over a month away.

CPI >1 means we have money SPI < 1 means we are late acc. to schedule So I can use my money with adding resource and then balance the schedule

SPI value shows that its behind schedule. CPI value shows that project is under budget. PM can decide to add additional resource with the budget and bring back project on schedule. That means do crashing.

SPI @ .75 means you are only getting 0.75 cents per dollar spent or you are behind schedule. CPI of 1.25 means that you are under budget so you can hire that extra person to get the schedule back on track.
