A. Meet with the design manager to ask for the necessary approval. This is correct, you can't ask a design colleague from a different department to join the daily just because of approval from their side. The daily is for the team

Selected Answer: B
Correct answer is B. There is no urgency background regarding this situation. Escalation is required in urgent situation and direct contact to manager is non-professional communication in PM perspective.

Selected Answer: A
A is the correct answer because the B option stated " Invite a design team member to the next daily meeting", and any approval must pass through the design manager's table. Therefore, option A is the correct answer.

Selected Answer: B
The project manager should **B. Invite a design team member to the next daily meeting**. This approach promotes collaboration and communication between the team and the design department. It allows the team member to directly discuss the requirements and get the necessary approval. This can also help to prevent similar issues in the future by improving understanding and coordination between the different departments involved in the project. However, the project manager should also consider the specific circumstances and dynamics of the project and the team when deciding on the best course of action.

Selected Answer: B
B. Invite a design team member to the next daily meeting. In this situation, the project manager should invite a design team member to the next daily meeting to discuss the issue and ensure that the necessary approval is obtained in a timely manner. This approach promotes communication, collaboration, and problem-solving among team members. It also helps to maintain the project's momentum and avoid delays in the project timeline.
