Answer B is written in a very confusing manor. It is already known that the SM needs to remove impediments but they did not. At this point the PM should request the team review and prioritize open impediments to resolve ASAP. I chose C as a corrective action but understand B better from the comments shared.

Selected Answer: B
The correct answer is B. Determine and agree when a situation becomes an impediment to be solved by the scrum master. As per the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master is responsible for removing impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals. The team has raised a concern that the Scrum Master did not remove impediments that delayed their work during the last sprint. In this scenario, the project manager should work with the team and the Scrum Master to determine and agree on what constitutes an impediment that the Scrum Master should address.

Selected Answer: B
The best course of action for the project manager in this situation would be option B: Determine and agree when a situation becomes an impediment to be solved by the scrum master. Scrum Masters are responsible for ensuring that the team can work efficiently and effectively, and one of their primary duties is to remove any impediments that may block the team's progress. However, what constitutes an impediment can vary between teams, so it is essential to define and agree upon what situations should be considered impediments to be addressed by the Scrum Master.
