Selected Answer: A
It's A. D will enable us to track the requirements to their origin but the sponsor wants to know what requirements will be implemented. Requirements baseline is the right tool to do it.

Selected Answer: D
D. Requirements traceability matrix The most valuable item for a business analyst to provide in this situation would be the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). The RTM is a tool used to track requirements throughout the project life cycle. It provides a clear and concise view of which requirements have been implemented, which are still in progress, and which have not yet been started. This is useful for project sponsors to see which requirements will be implemented and to help ensure that all requirements are met by the end of the project. The Requirements Baseline Document (A) is a record of the final approved project requirements. It is used as a reference point throughout the project to ensure that the project stays on track and that any changes made are approved and documented.
