B. Power/interest grid.
During the initial phase of a project, identifying and categorizing stakeholders is an essential activity. The Power/Interest grid is a useful technique for identifying and categorizing stakeholders based on their level of power and interest in the project. This technique involves plotting stakeholders on a grid with power on one axis and interest on the other. The four quadrants of the grid represent different types of stakeholders: high power/high interest, high power/low interest, low power/high interest, and low power/low interest.
