Patient visit should be marked as Allow one user, whereas both child cases Lab analysis and Diagnostic imaging should check the “Allow other users to open the parent case type”, so that staff can access the child cases and the doctor is able to update the parent same simultaneously.

A child case always inherits locking strategies from Parent case, so in this case both the child cases should be configured with “Allow other users to open the parent case type” options.
