In Panorama after you download the software you have the install button and then you are choosing devices.
By default it is uploading and installing the software, but there is a check box if you want to upload the software only, and there is another check box if you want to reboot the device after installation.
Question is not very clear It says
Which three actions can Panorama perform when deploying PAN-OS images to its managed devices?
Upload and install is default option
Upload only is optional. You can tick that.
Install and reboot is also an option available.
Upload and Install (as one action ) and Reboot is also an option.
All 4 can be done by Panorama
Question can be interpreted in either way.
On the "Deploy software" menu, there are 2 checkboxes
[ ] Upload only to device (do not install)
[ ] Reboot device after install
If you select none, it will upload and install. Answer is ACD
ACD is correct. Once you download the relevant software in panorama, the default option is to upload and install the downloaded software (the firewall is needed to be rebooted manually in this case in order for the upgrade to complete). The other two options in the form of checkboxes at the bottom are: Upload Only to the device (do not install) & Reboot device after install (which works in conjunction with the default Upload and Install option i.e. upload+install+reboot).
Please pay more attention to this question. There is a trap. The question asks " three actions can panorama perform" not "three options the user can select on Panorama". It means "Install and reboot" is totally false, because the panorama cannot install without uploading. The answer is ACD. 100% sure.
See the video below if you cannot check it on panorama (12min02sec):
