The Answer is correct: B and D. An entry in the manual exception List must match an Entry in the EDL exactly (B); You cannot save the Manual Exception List if there is a duplicate entry on it (D).

A & D basically saying the same thing - duplicate entry. I tested on virtual firewall and only when I have duplicate entry, the OK button is gray (not clickable).

A & D - A. The entry matches a list entry1 D. The entry is duplicated1 The entry matches a list entry: If the entry that the administrator is trying to add already exists in the list, the system may prevent the addition of duplicate entries, causing the OK button to be grayed out1. The entry is duplicated: Similar to the above, if the entry is a duplicate of an existing entry in the list, the OK button may be grayed out1.

A. The entry matches a list entry: If the entry you are trying to add already exists in the list, it could cause the OK button to be grayed out. Duplicate entries are not allowed in an EDL, and this duplication would prevent saving the changes. D. The entry is duplicated: This is similar to the above reason but more explicitly states that duplication within the list is the issue. Duplicate entries can prevent the list from being saved correctly, thus causing the OK button to be inactive.
