A. A clone database source can be a running database instance is true when you provision an Autonomous Database using the cloning method. When you use the cloning method to provision an Autonomous Database, you can choose an existing database instance as the source for the clone. The source database can be a running database instance or a backup. When you choose a running instance, a backup is created automatically, and the clone is created from that backup. Option B is not entirely correct because there is no time limit on the age of the backup used for cloning an Autonomous Database. Option C is not entirely correct because only the data and schema are cloned from the source database to the new database. Workspaces, projects, and notebooks are not cloned. Option D is not entirely correct because you cannot change the network access option after the Autonomous Database has been created using a clone.

The Question is wrong was suppose to ask the wrong statement. Making the correction to the question, the answer is B. as there is no point in time back up rather point in time recovery. The rest of the chooses are correct statements https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/autonomous-database/adbsa/autonomous-clone-backup.html#GUID-20D2D970-0CB4-472F-BF89-1EE769BFB5E8 https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Database/Tasks/adbcloning.htm
