A is not correct it's an option and not part of DB installation becuase "the option to create a database with the default settings using the /etc/init.d/oracledb_ORCLCDB-18c service configuration script."
https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/18/ladbi/about-rpm-based-oracle-database-installation.html#GUID-C2B4A806-E1E2-4B77-971B-628CFF18A488:~:text=the%20option%20to%20create%20a%20database%20with%20the%20default%20settings%20using%20the%20/etc/init.d/oracledb_ORCLCDB%2D18c%20service%20configuration%20script.
Rind is correct. AC
C: An RPM-based installation performs a software-only Oracle Database installation and creates an Oracle home.
A: The RPM-based installation process provides you with the option to create a database with the default settings using the /etc/init.d/oracledb_ORCLCDB-18c service configuration script.

https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/18/ladbi/about-rpm-based-oracle-database-installation.html#GUID-C2B4A806-E1E2-4B77-971B-628CFF18A488

Steps:
1. preinstallation script
2. install db sw and oh with rpm
3. optionally create db instance service with default setttings.
So A and D are not right.

Starting with Oracle Database 18c, you can install a single-instance Oracle Database or an Oracle Database Instant Client software using RPM packages.
All is on documentation read this: https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/18/ladbi/about-rpm-based-oracle-database-installation.html#GUID-C2B4A806-E1E2-4B77-971B-628CFF18A488
A is correct.
To configure a sample Oracle Database you can execute the following service configuration script as root: /etc/init.d/oracledb_ORCLCDB-18c configure
B is wrong. A Oracle Database Server = Software + Instance. The RPM doesn't do instance creation. You have to run it manually.
B - not only

B True: "Starting with Oracle Database 18c, you can install a single-instance Oracle Database..."
