I think option F is incorrect Oracle RAC database instances running on Leaf Nodes are referred to as far Oracle ASM client instances. A is incorrect: All public network addresses for both Hub Nodes and Leaf Nodes, whether assigned manually or automatically, must be in the same subnet range.
