You can issue the notify berd force on both Active or Standby node. Answer E

Answer is D ... This commend is use to manually switch to active then this should use on standby SBC only ....

notify berpd force Force a manual switchover between Oracle Communications Session Border Controllers in an HA node, regardless of the Oracle Communications Session Border Controller on which the command is executed. E is the correct one
