I just created VCN and then i deleted (removed) both default SL and default RT, so i am not sure why B,D are deemed to be correct, anybody can clarify?

actually i "moved" both, to a root compartment, from under the compartment i creatde vcn in. Not sure if this counts as 'delete'

Answer is B D. There's no such thing called Default Subnet. You can create a VCN and create a subnet later.
