Sorrym in DataGuard the databases must have same shape, B & C are correct.

B,D. In order to work, Oracle RAC needs at least two DB systems.

in Option D the secondary is a 1 node RAC which should not work. Oracle has a support for one node RAC https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/rac/racone.html

Note that one rac node is kwon in oracle, also creating DG by OCI Console requires to have the same shape.
