Per Ian's link (BDE) B. The Collections Manger Dashboard Collectors tab allows you to reassign collectors and assign backup collectors. D: You can create an activity or a series of activities and add detailed information needed to follow up with a delinquent custome (see below) E. Use the Update Work Status feature in the Collections Dashboard to allow your collectors or collectors group to view their delinquent customers work and update their work items status.
