Answer is c PASSTHRU: This parameter is used to avoid lookup in database or definitions files in datapump are not doing any conversions and so on.

From oracle docs In pass-through mode (configured by PASSTHRU), the Extract process does not look up table definitions from the database or from a data-definitions file The default of NOPASSTHRU causes the data pump to look up object definitions from a local database or a definitions file, so D is not the answer as well.
