B is not true: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/multitenant/learn-more/pdblivemigration-2301324.pdf "The following command creates a singleton service svc1 for PDB pdb1 in a server pool pool1 with a container database cdb: srvctl add service d cdb s svc1 pdb pdb1 c singleton g ora.pool1"

Why is this statement A. They can be policy managed for a multitenant database. not a true statement. Am I wrong to assume that a Policy Managed service can be created by DBCA? Please explain.
