STATEMENT_TYPE-> SELECT (default) since not mentioned, hence A. D-SQL text and bind variables get captured in audit logs (audit_policy default is DB+EXTENDED which sends the audit trail to the SYS.FGA_LOG$ table in the database and includes SQL Text and SQL Bind)
