Should be C.
C. Compartments are not tenancy-wide, across regions.
C is False because Compartments can be tenancy wide and can be across regions. After all, Root Compartment is the Tenancy itself.
B is incorrect, because it says after creating a compartment, there should be at least one policy which is True. To be able to access/manage the compartment there should be one policy to access it.
Also, it did not say, you can only create a compartment if there is at least one policy, it says, after creating a compartment.
Answer B is fail. https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Identity/Tasks/managingcompartments.htm#Access_Control_for_Compartments
Answer should be C.
Please help me with this concern, if the correct answers are a and b and in the exam i selecte a and c, what happens to the score? Will it be zero points for the question or will it be a partial score?
answer C sounds somewhat weird - might FALSE (means be the the right answer)
answer B is definetively FALSE - i can create a compartment without creating a policy
